The branch of the Academy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Pavlodar region announces a recruitment of experts to develop and conduct short-term advanced training seminars and retraining courses for civil servants.
Qualification requirements:
- practical experience in the public service and/or quasi-public sector;
- experience in conducting trainings (in the public and/or quasi-public sectors) at least 3 years;
- higher education/master’s degree, PhD degree is preferred;
- knowledge of the state and Russian languages;
- mastery of interactive teaching methods;
- experience in developing practice-oriented cases on a chosen topic (preferably in the field of public administration and civil service).
To take part in the selection you need to send the following documents to i.sisenova@apa.kz:
- Resume* (based on sample) (download);
- Letters of recommendation (if any);
- Document on higher education (master’s degree, PhD);
- Presentation on a selected topic (based on sample) (download).
The topics that you are most interested in teaching are indicated in the resume itself.
Experts who successfully pass the screening of the submitted documents will be invited to a meeting of the competition committee.
